Terms of use
Last update: February 1, 2026
The basics
By using Squire, you're agreeing to these terms. If that doesn't work for you, please don't use the platform.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you notice suspicious activity, let us know immediately.
Payments
We offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless you cancel. You can downgrade or delete your account anytime in settings. We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
Use Squire for legitimate business purposes only. Don't reverse engineer the code, scrape data, or share credentials across your entire organization unless your plan permits it. We can suspend access for violations.
Data ownership
You own your supplier lists, compliance documents, and any content you upload. We own the Squire platform, interface, and code. You grant us permission to process your data so we can provide the service—that's it.
Service reliability
We strive for 100% uptime but occasionally need maintenance windows. We aren't liable for business losses, data loss, or operational disruptions caused by platform downtime or bugs.
Law and changes
These terms follow the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. We'll email you about material updates to these terms.
