Our Privacy Policy
Last update: February 1, 2026
At Squire, we believe you should know exactly what happens to your data. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our supply chain platform.
What we collect When you sign up or reach out, we gather details like your name, work email, company name, and payment information. As you use Squire, we track how you interact with the platform—features you access, time spent in the application, and technical data like your IP address and browser type. If you upload supplier information or import data from other tools, we store that too, strictly to deliver the visibility features you've requested. We also use cookies to keep you logged in and understand how teams navigate the product.
How we use it We process your data to operate the platform, troubleshoot issues, bill you correctly, and send you product updates or supply chain insights (which you can unsubscribe from anytime). We also analyze usage patterns to make Squire faster and more intuitive.
Who sees your data We don't sell your information, period. We only share it with vendors who help us run Squire—cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and email delivery services. Additionally, if we're legally compelled or need to enforce our rights, we may disclose information as required.
Your choices You can request a copy of your data, fix inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Just email us at privacy@squire.io and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Security We encrypt data in transit and at rest, and restrict internal access. That said, no system is impenetrable. We monitor for threats but cannot guarantee absolute security.
External sites Squire may link to third-party resources or supplier portals. We're not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies separately.
Updates We may revise this policy as our product evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app alerts.
